RESULTS:
- I actually ate more than just one meal on most days because I had the food ready!
- I ate healthier
- I didn't go to chick-fil-a / cougar eat much - spent less money
- I wasted less food - trying to portion
- I shared some extra food with friends
- I learned some new vegetarian dishes I like!
- I cut down on wasteful wrappings - I even bought a lunch box to use instead of a ziploc bag/grocery bag every day!
- Meal prepping is awesome & leads to me living my best life :-)
