RESULTS:

  1. I actually ate more than just one meal on most days because I had the food ready!
  2. I ate healthier
  3. I didn't go to chick-fil-a / cougar eat much - spent less money
  4. I wasted less food - trying to portion
  5. I shared some extra food with friends
  6. I learned some new vegetarian dishes I like!
  7. I cut down on wasteful wrappings - I even bought a lunch box to use instead of a ziploc bag/grocery bag every day!
